These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Morrow, provided by SHOMMI (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("Shommi", "we", "us"), a company registered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Morrow is two products sharing one account: Morrow Home (Mac/Windows desktop app) and Morrow Gravitas (iPhone/Android app). By creating an account or using either product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

One Morrow account (shared with other Shommi products) works across Morrow Home and Morrow Gravitas. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and providing accurate information when creating an account.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Morrow Home is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription through our website. Payments are processed by our payment provider, who acts as the Merchant of Record for the purchase — meaning they are the seller you're transacting with for billing, tax, and payment purposes, on our behalf. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from your account, and access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Morrow Gravitas is sold exclusively through Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store as an in-app purchase subscription. Apple or Google (whichever store you purchased through) handles that billing directly — we never see or store your payment details for Morrow Gravitas. Their own terms and refund processes apply to that purchase, in addition to these Terms.

3. Trials

Morrow Home offers a free account-based trial that starts the moment you create an account and does not require payment details. Morrow Gravitas offers a free trial through Apple's or Google's own in-app purchase system, attached directly to the subscription at checkout. Trial length and terms may vary by product and may change at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You may not resell, sublicense, or share your account with people outside the device limits stated for your product. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass licensing or entitlement checks in our software.

5. Availability

We aim to keep our services available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be added, changed, or retired over time as products evolve.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Disclaimer and liability

Our software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind beyond what is required by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shommi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
